Popular pop music stars Shakira and Jennifer Lopez will perform at the Super Bowl halftime, BBC reports.
The NFL has confirmed that Shakira and J Lo will perform on February 2 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, and production will be handled by the Roc Nation Company, founded by rapper and businessman Shawn Jay Z Carter.
Both singers have released a number of hits in English and Spanish since the 1990s, ruling the charts. They also confirmed their appearance at the Super Bowl via social media.
Shakira is a Colombian singer who is one of the most popular and successful Latin American music stars and is a Grammy winner. She gained fame in 2008 with her hit "Hips Don't Lie."
Lopez is a singer and actress, and is known for her hit "Love Don't Cost a Thing." Also, her latest movie "Hustlers" is an Oscar contender.
